In general:*All this applies to all socials, including my Webtoons.Make sure to give me proper credit to at least *one of my socials if using it on Toyhouse, featuring art of your character, ect. (feel free to ask me in DM’s if certain things are allowed; I’m available to chat in Instagram & DeviantArt)Do NOT remove me watermark or signature from my art and designs.Do NOT trace my art.Do NOT claim my artwork is your own.Do NOT re-post my art.Do NOT mimic or copy my artstyle.I have every right to post my art on social media.If you do not want the commission you ordered posted on Instagram or DeviantArt, you can DM me and I can take it down for you.If you ordered a commission of your character, feel free to use it as your wallpaper and profile picture. But you may not repost it and claim it is yours.

Ordering or Payment:Please be respectful and kind when ordering, you must read entire terms of services and use the “code” hidden to order.I prefer being paid half of profit before I get to work and the other half after the art is completed.Keep in mind I have every right to decline and reject your order.The code to complete order form is 'bubblez' for commissions and 'wavez' for customs.Please do not try to negotiate with me for prices once they are set.Please be patient for my art to be completed. Remember: Art takes time!If for some reason your order you have ordered has not been fulfilled, you will get a full refund.I will give a 25% refund if you are unhappy with the product of the piece.Try your best to complete the order form as detailed as you can, so it is easier for me to properly portray your order.Please fill out the entire form.Keep in mind my artstyle changes over time, everything is drawn with my own hand.

Designs & GiftingPlease give me proper credit for the character on Toyhouse or ping me with art of them.Try not to make major changes on the design.Please use the design, it’s saddening to see them rotting in the toyhouse.You may NOT claim you designed the character, you MUST give me proper credit.If you are unhappy with my design (mainly adopts) after already purchasing, you CAN return it to me and receive a refund depending on time:-75% refund if within 2 weeks after purchasing.
-50% refund after 1 month after purchasing.
-15% refund anything further than that.You are allowed to return the design to me without a refund and I can give it to someone else.Please do not DM me with requests. I’m only willing to consider your request in my request box on my socials.I give gifts mainly to friends or event purposes. I have every right to give gifts to whomever I want.
